Yes. Delivery is automatic and the account is yours immediately. If within the guarantee window the previous owner regains control of the account (password change, session revoke, device de-authorisation), the system automatically replaces the account with a new one within 2 hours, free of charge.

The replacement only covers the previous owner regaining control of the account (password change, session revoke, etc.) within 120 minutes after purchase. Bans (including anti-cheat) and cases where the previous owner is simply seen online but your access still works are NOT covered.

Each account is covered for 120 minutes (2 hours) from the moment of purchase. If within that window the previous owner regains control of the account and your access stops working, the system delivers a new account automatically. Status is always visible in "My NFA".
